Endurance Coaching & Consulting
An Indiana native, I now call the world home; splitting my time between various training locations around the globe.
I began my adventure in the world of endurance sports as a teenager. Starting with running, then cycling, and finally triathlon, I grew to love all that being highly active had to offer. Beginning my professional racing career at age 19, I progressed from junior ITU racing to long distance racing.
Still racing professionally, I began coaching endurance athletes in 2017. Since then, my passion and time spent coaching has grown.
Beyond living a happy life full of exercise and being outdoors, my primary goals are to be a main contender on the Ironman scene while racing side by side with the athletes I coach.
Rooted in science, molded by experience, driven by passion for athletic performance. For over a decade, my passion has been understanding elite endurance performance. From physiology to psychology to equipment, every aspect of world-class endurance performance intrigues me and promotes further learning.
Now, I aim to use my knowledge and experience to progress the performance of endurance athletes; athletes committed to maximizing their own potential through scientifically backed, field-tested training methods.
I offer personal coaching to athletes of all levels, which naturally includes physiological testing, a daily training plan, and the communication level required to maximize performance.
