Measure

I don’t believe in guesswork. Physiological adaptations must be tracked to understand and maximize progression. 

 

Individualize
No two athletes are the same. Your training must reflect your physiology, your history, and your goals — not someone else’s. Every athlete I coach follows a plan built specifically for them.

 

Adapt 
Human performance fluctuates. Readiness, life stress, and competition demands require intelligent adjustment. Structure remains — but the plan evolves.
